The Smart Money Feed is a free, public stream of smart-money events: US congress member stock trades from STOCK Act disclosures, corporate insider buying and selling clusters from SEC Form 4 filings, large on-chain cryptocurrency transfers with exchange labels, and quarterly institutional position changes from SEC 13F filings. Each card reports what happened, who did it and how large it was. Kresmion reports events only and does not give investment advice.
Congress trades come from official STOCK Act disclosures published by the US House and Senate clerks, with a link to the primary filing on each card. Insider clusters are built from SEC Form 4 filings, requiring three or more distinct insiders trading the same stock in the same direction within a 14-day window. Whale cards are on-chain Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana transfers above 5 million dollars where at least one side is a labeled exchange wallet; transfers between an exchange's own wallets are excluded. Fund cards are quarter-over-quarter position changes from SEC 13F filings, ranked by the dollar size of the move.
The feed refreshes continuously as new disclosures are filed and new on-chain transfers confirm. Congress and insider events appear when the underlying filing is published, whale transfers appear within minutes of on-chain confirmation, and 13F fund moves update each quarter when institutions file.
No. Every card is a factual event statement generated deterministically from the underlying disclosure or transaction data. Kresmion does not publish buy or sell recommendations, price targets or ratings, and disclosure under the STOCK Act or SEC rules does not imply impropriety by the person disclosing.
