Terms of Service

Welcome to Kresmion. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and KRESMION, a société par actions simplifiée (SASU) under French law, registered with the Trade and Companies Register (RCS) of Nice under number 108 740 614, with its registered office at 63 Promenade des Anglais, 06000 Nice, France ("Kresmion", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing to our newsletter, using our API, or simply browsing kresmion.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Kresmion is, and what it is not

Kresmion surfaces public financial information: regulatory filings, institutional flows, market data, macro indicators, and related intelligence, with structural context and historical comparables. It is a publication and a research tool.

Kresmion is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and nothing on the platform is investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or other asset. Content is general and informational. It is not personalized to you, and it does not consider your objectives or financial situation. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions, and you should consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service. By using Kresmion you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Your account

Provide accurate information when you register and keep it current. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your password confidential. Notify us at inquiry@kresmion.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your portfolio positions are encrypted in your browser with a key derived from your portfolio password or PIN. We never hold that key. This means that if you lose your password or PIN, we cannot decrypt or recover those positions for you. This is a deliberate design choice, and you accept that trade-off by using the encrypted features. Your watchlist and your alert configurations are not covered by that encryption. They are stored on our servers in readable form, because our servers evaluate your alerts for you and cannot act on data they cannot read.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation or the misuse of material non-public information
• scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract content or data outside the documented API
• resell, redistribute, or republish Kresmion data or content as a competing dataset or service without our written permission
• probe, disable, overload, or circumvent security or rate-limiting measures
• impersonate any person, misrepresent an affiliation, or register accounts by automated means
• post spam, harassment, malware, or content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others in community areas or messages

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Community content and messages

You keep ownership of the content you post or send. You grant us the license needed to host, display, and operate that content within the service. Community posts are public to other users; direct messages are private between participants but are not end-to-end encrypted and can be read by Kresmion, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may moderate, restrict, or remove content to enforce these Terms or comply with law.

6. API access

API keys (keys beginning with "krm_") are provided as a beta feature. Your keys are personal to you: keep them secret, do not share or resell access, and respect the published rate and usage limits. The API may change or be interrupted without notice while in beta. We may suspend or revoke keys for abuse, excessive load, or violation of these Terms. Data obtained through the API is subject to the same restrictions as data on the site.

Connected applications. You may authorize third-party applications, such as an AI assistant, to access your Kresmion data on your behalf using Sign in with Kresmion. A connected application receives read-only access to your market data through a credential scoped to your account. It cannot trade, change your account, or read your encrypted portfolio. You choose which applications to connect and are responsible for them. You can review and disconnect connected applications at any time from your account settings, which revokes their access immediately.

Webhooks. You may configure Kresmion to send event data to a URL you control. You are responsible for securing that endpoint and for verifying the signature we attach to every delivery.

7. Third-party data

Kresmion aggregates information from public and third-party sources, including regulatory databases, exchanges, and public data feeds. That data belongs to its respective owners and is provided to you for informational use within the service. We do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and errors in upstream sources will propagate. Always verify important figures against the primary source before relying on them.

Data owned by third parties stays subject to its owner's terms. Some of what we provide is licensed to us on conditions we are required to pass on to you. Where that is the case:

• You may use the data for your own non-commercial personal or professional purposes only.
• You may not redistribute it, resell it, or make it available to anyone else, either as you received it or in a form derived from it.
• Where a source requires attribution, we name it on the surface that displays the data. Keep that attribution with the figures if you reproduce them.

Short interest and short sale volume data is owned by FINRA and is provided to you on these conditions.

If an upstream licence changes or ends, we may withdraw or restrict the affected dataset. We will say so on the surface where it appeared.

8. Intellectual property

The Kresmion platform, software, design, branding, and original content are owned by Kresmion and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any of that to you. You may share links to public Kresmion pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution.

9. Availability and changes to the service

Kresmion is currently provided free of charge. We work to keep it fast and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without a guaranteed service level. We may add, change, or remove features, or suspend or discontinue the service in whole or in part. Where a change materially reduces the service, we will give reasonable notice when practicable.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate or complete. Nothing in this section limits rights that consumer protection law grants you and that cannot be waived.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kresmion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of 100 euros or the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence. This limitation does not apply to consumers where mandatory consumer protection law does not permit it.

12. Termination

You may stop using Kresmion at any time and may delete your account in settings. Deletion starts a 30-day grace period during which you can restore the account by signing back in; after that, your data is permanently purged as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 7, 8, 10, 11, and 14) survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will give notice on the site or by email before the change takes effect. The "Updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. If you are a consumer in the European Union or elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right. Before any formal dispute, please contact us at inquiry@kresmion.com; most issues can be resolved quickly and informally.

15. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them as part of a reorganization or transfer of the service, with notice to you. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Kresmion about the service.
