How to get help
Email us at inquiry@kresmion.com. Kresmion is built by one person, and that person reads and answers every message. Tell us the page you were on and what you expected to see, and add a screenshot if you can.
Your account
- Forgot your password: reset it here.
- Delete your account and its data: Settings, Delete account.
- Billing: Kresmion is free while it is in beta and nothing is charged. Your plan lives in Settings, Billing.
A number looks wrong
Every figure on Kresmion shows its source and date. If one looks wrong, email inquiry@kresmion.com with the page address, the number, and what you expected. We check it against the source filing or release and fix the data, not just the page. How each figure is built is on the methodology page.
API, MCP server and Excel
- Setup, limits and examples: the developer page.
- Create or revoke API keys: Settings, API keys.
- Disconnect Claude, ChatGPT or another app you signed in with: Settings, Connected apps.
- For an error, include the request path, the time (UTC) and the error code in your email.
Security
To report a security issue, email inquiry@kresmion.com with the steps to reproduce it. Please do not test against other people's accounts.
