Accessibility at Kresmion
Last updated: 2026-05-30
Kresmion is committed to making financial intelligence usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard most widely referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Accessibility is ongoing work, not a one-time certification, and this statement describes where we are and how to reach us.
Conformance status
Our public pages, the home page, the newsroom, the daily brief, research and signals pages, and these legal pages, are designed to conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. The platform is partially conformant: some parts of the authenticated terminal do not yet fully meet AA (see Known limitations below). We measure against WCAG 2.1 AA and treat any gap as a defect to fix, not a permanent exception.
What we do
Semantic HTML landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) on every public page. A "Skip to main content" link as the first focusable element. Visible keyboard focus indicators on every link, button, and form control. Text alternatives for the logo and meaningful images; purely decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers. Body and label text meets a 4.5:1 contrast ratio. A language attribute on the page so screen readers pronounce content correctly. We honour the operating-system "reduce motion" preference and suppress non-essential animation when it is set.
Known limitations
The authenticated terminal is still being brought to full AA. Some interactive surfaces, drag-and-resize widget grids, live price charts, large data tables, and the embedded third-party TradingView chart, do not yet expose complete keyboard and screen-reader support, and some dynamic data visualisations lack a full text alternative. We are remediating these in priority order. If one of them blocks you today, contact us and we will help you get the same information another way.
Compatibility
The site is built and tested to work with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, together with the screen readers commonly paired with them (NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver). Older browsers or assistive technology may have a degraded experience.
Report a barrier
If you encounter anything on Kresmion that is hard to use with assistive technology, or that does not meet WCAG 2.1 AA, please tell us. Email accessibility@kresmion.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, the browser and assistive technology you were using, and what happened. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and will work with you on a fix or an alternative way to get the information.
This statement reflects the state of the site as of the date above and is reviewed as we ship accessibility improvements. It is not a legal guarantee of conformance; it is our honest account of where we stand and a commitment to keep closing the gaps.
