When Kresmion gets something wrong, it is corrected and logged here: what was wrong, what changed and when.
What was wrong: Some headlines on our OSINT news feed and live ticker were not the source's words. A language model wrote them from Telegram posts whose titles were only hashtags, and some said things the source never reported: a report of a $22.5B Meta stock offering was shown as a US regulatory warning about Meta.
What changed: Every story headline is now the source's own words, as it published them. 51,458 stories were corrected on October 26, 2026. The model's text is kept on file for audit and is no longer shown.
