What each page shows

  • Cash paid for repurchases of common stock per fiscal year (annual reports) and per quarter, single quarters derived from year-to-date figures where the filer tags only those.
  • Shares repurchased and the equity-statement value as tagged, an average price derived from the two, and the change in the cover-page share count beside them.
  • Program authorizations, remaining capacity and accelerated share repurchase facts, where the filer tags them in a form the SEC company facts service carries.
  • A graph of the listed companies linked to the issuer by a customer or supplier disclosure, and of those that filed a Schedule 13D or 13G on it, with each filer's reported percent over time.
